孙作东脑科学体系

孙作东,1966年生,研究员,奥博医疗创始人,黑龙江省亚欧脑科学研究院院长,黑龙江省“生物医学电子学”领军人才梯队技术带头人,黑龙江省及哈尔滨市脑病康复治疗设备工程技术研究中心负责人,首批博士后创新创业实践基地负责人。

他自1994年至今,一直从事脑科学基础理论研究与脑病康复治疗设备研发工作,是国际上将经颅电刺激技术应用于脑病治疗上的第一人。他应用经颅电、经颅磁电刺激技术发明的系列脑病康复治疗设备——脑功能康复治疗仪、帕金森治疗仪、阿尔茨海默治疗仪、抑郁症治疗仪等,均为世界首创,被广泛地应用于脑神经疾病临床实践中,取得了显著的康复治疗效果。

为了阐明仪器设备治疗机理和重大脑病的发病原因,他应用物理生物学原理,从细胞分子水平相继提出了“脑细胞激活论”与“鸠子论”,建立了钾离子通道“折纸风车”模型,提出了细胞膜面积守恒定律以及离子不等量方程,对细胞生物电现象产生机制进行了科学合理的解释;从重大脑病的发病原因、发病机制到治疗方法、治疗机理,现已自成体系。

在应对神经元退行性变疾病(阿尔茨海默症、帕金森病等)领域,孙作东从理论到实践正在引领世界;他建立的钾离子通道“折纸风车”模型,以及提出的细胞膜面积守恒定律、离子不等量方程,正在国际生命科学界产生颠覆性影响;他的最新学术成果“神经元能产生电磁波”理论,颠覆了神经元与神经元之间“电→化学→电”传导信息的观点,为人类最终破解脑奥秘提供了理论支持。

孙作东研究员针对脑科学、脑计划的论述性文章及其理论支撑性论文,相继在美国医学科学期刊、国外及国内NSTL国家预印本平台、中科院科技论文预发布平台、国家教育部科技论文在线上正式发表或发布。
