For a long time, global medical research on Alzheimer’s disease has been trapped in a fundamental scientific fallacy. It is not merely a slight tilt of the theoretical foundation, but the entire disciplinary theoretical system was wrongly established on sandy land and seismic belts from the very beginning. It is just like the water supply and drainage pipelines being completely reversed, making the whole research system fundamentally unstable.

Before the proposal of this subversive theory, we had already verified the feasibility of neuromodulation technology through clinical product practice. From the perspective of pure natural science, it restores the real pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease and corrects the century-long reversed causality.

The entire research system is built on a wrong causal foundation, just like a mansion erected on sand, doomed to an unstable root.

II. Flawed Experiments Solidifying the Wrong Research Direction

The key early experimental evidence supporting the Aβ hypothesis itself has major defects. More than eighteen years ago, some scholars concluded from mouse experiments that amyloid protein damages brain cells. The experimental design had obvious flaws and even elements of deliberate inducement. Nevertheless, it was taken as core evidence, further solidifying the wrong academic direction and leading global Alzheimer’s research astray for a long time.

IV. Defeating the Hypothesis with Its Own Logic

In recent years, a growing number of clinical and experimental data have gradually verified the scientific nature of the Theory of Dove-like Particles, and the experimental flaws of the Aβ hypothesis have been continuously questioned by academic circles. However, academic barriers formed by vested interests still reject subversive theories.

Our arguments are completely based on basic natural sciences such as ion biology, bioelectrophysiology and cell membrane conservation, without relying on philosophical deduction. We overturn its wrong conclusions with the universally recognized scientific system of modern physiology, truly defeating the fallacy with its own theoretical basis.
